Declamation Contest @HSET

Declamation Contest was held on 1st September 2017 at HSET. The contest was held to celebrate the 70th year of our independence. The topic of declamation was 'Speeches of famous freedom fighter'. Students of HSET spoke well and enjoyed the session. At last, they were been encouraged by awarding certificates to them.

HSET Students at @Book_Fair_Dehradun

The students visited the book fair, which is held at parade ground Dehradun. Students took so much interest in seeing numbers of books of various fields. They have also go through the technical books, related to different engineering competition exams. Overall it was a nice experience for faculty and students.

No more data loss, Highlights of the Workshop on Google Service

A workshop cum awareness program of various Google Products, was conducted by Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Dept. of Mechnical and Mr. Abhay Kumar Verma, Dept. of Civil Engineering. The workshop, which was held on 6th July covered different practice sessions about Google Drive, Docs, Forms and Bloggers.
Data loss is the common problem and as the internet is so handy today, these products can definitely help one and all to keep their data safe.
Student can make collaborated Notes on Google Docs, and also they can show their creativity to the world by using Bloggers. They can store their important documents on Google Drive; as their documents are frequently required when they fill any form or apply anywhere.
Overall the workshop was full of knowledge, the topic which is equally beneficial for all.

Raiwala Railway Station Visit

As a part of curriculum of civil engineering subject Railway Engineering, in May 2017, a batch of 11 students along with 02 faculty members have visited at Raiwala Railway Station.

The subject title Railway Engineering is included 

in sixth semester of Civil Engineering curriculum, we feel it will be beneficial to the students to have a sight visit of the railway track operation, maintenance and controlling activities of signal in order to have a better, appreciation of practical applications of theory.

AutoCAD is always a great tool for every level of modelling. 

One of a creative work is been shown here, which is done by Krishna Rana, student of B.Tech Civil HSET.
